The Rochester and Monroe County Employee's Federal Credit Union is open to all employees of the City of Rochester, the County of Monroe, and some towns and villages within the county. Over the years, many additional employment groups and family members of all groups have joined the growing ranks of Credit Union members.
Also, our Membership Charter has recently been expanded to cover all individuals who live, work or worship in the City of Rochester.

You can use our ATM card at many local credit union ATM machines, such as ESL, Family First and Reliant FCUs free of charge.

Sister Cities Office; 40 N. Fitzhugh St,
the Monroe Community Hospital cafeteria; 435 E. Henrietta Rd. and in the
Emergency Room lobby at Unity Hospital; 1555 Long Pond Rd.

2). You can now change your PIN number on your ATM / DEBIT CARD by calling 1-877-265-9594. This new service is quick and easy to use.
3). GO GREEN - GO PAPERLESS, Do it easily by logging into your Virtual Branch Account and selecting Electronic Statements.
4). We have notary public on staff at our Goodman Street office, should you need notary service for your important documents. This service is provided to our members at no cost.
5). You now have the ability to choose the look of your credit union Debit/ATM Card! Choose from 5 different designs. Stop in at any branch to view them or click on the rotating banner below.

Now you can request a check to be sent to you through our Virtual Branch system.
Sign in to Virtual Branch, then select Self Service and the Secured Mail option.
Use the 'compose new message' option to provide us with your account number and the amount requested.
Your check will be mailed to you the same day.
